At ICE N COLD, we prioritize food safety and quality; therefore, we accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on frozen or temperature-sensitive food products once they have left our controlled distribution chain.
