How do you ensure food remains frozen during transit?

We use high-density insulated thermal liners and industrial-grade dry ice or gel packs to maintain a sub-zero environment. Our packaging is designed to keep products at the optimal temperature for up to 48 hours.

What is your policy if my order arrives thawed?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your items arrive thawed or damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 4 hours of delivery. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.

Where do you ship to and how fast is delivery?

We currently ship nationwide using expedited shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday to ensure packages do not sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend. Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns for safety and health reasons. However, if there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, we will make it right.
